Why have I done this?

Why have I spent another evening hashing out another one-shot? And another... less-than-light-hearted one in particular? And another which may have already been done?

And when already I have a 'story' that I've dedicated to these sorts of frivolous little one-shots?

Looking at the evidence, I think I can answer that: because I was "in a bad mood, which is not good for the judgement" (James, 1986) :twilightsheepish:

Yeah... Spending hour, after hour, after hour revising, re-revising, and re-re-revising my notes for my Physical Geography exam, in particular the essay part... are hours that I appear to have wasted. For one, the essay itself relied upon reading that accounted for about two of the hundred and ten hours that I spent gathering information for the exam, and when I got to the exam I couldn't remember who had written the articles in question. Which is annoying, when such information is required to achieve greater than 58 out of 100 on such exams. :twilightangry2:

Oh well, can't be helped now. There's always the option to resit, at any rate, and I know exactly what not to neglect when it comes to the human exam next week. :twilightblush::twilightsmile:

Anyway, enough about my boring life. I hope you... enjoyed? Tolerated? Were disgusted by and have lost all credibility in my writing thanks to? this latest effort from me.

Incidentally, I don't actually know what the... affliction in this story feels like. I've never experienced one, funnily enough :raritywink:.

So I'm relying on this comedy quote:

"Father in Law looks over at me, and he thinks it's the ***** ****** he's been praying for, every day since he met me. 'What's this son? ***** ******? Shooting pains in the left arm? Tightness in the chest? Go on, die! Die! Die! Die! Die!'" (Asterisks mine) (Jupitus, 1999)

please continue this please

It's pretty obvious that it's meant to be a dark one-shot. The protagonist, bitter and unlikable, is shown to have slight humanizing moments despite his towering arrogance. In the end, even this is all for nothing. The implication is that the protagonist has died, and that Fluttershy will soon follow, whether from starvation or predation or simple human cruelty is unclear.

Have a "Like," good sir.

i'm not saying you shouldn't update but this is too good to pass up.

This is just a twist on the story My Little Dashie. They are both pretty much the same thing. My Little Dashie, now thats a good story. Anypony can read this if they want but if you want a really rreally really good story go and read My Little Dashie.

Now this looks mighty promesing, can't wait for the next chapter.

Maybe I shouldn't have read this before I had to sleep because now I'm sadface and going to have a bad dream but... I'm ok with this. Also it looks like I'm going to have to keep the promise I made. Because after I read 'My Little Dashie' I told my friend that if somepony made a "My Little Flutters" story that I will jump off a cliff. Now it looks like I gotta do it.
