A piercing gaze that strikes my heart
Stabbing deep into my psyche
Sending a wave of fear and discontent through my spine
I see her staring back at me
That sugary sweet candy kissing smile
She pulls the leftmost corner of her smooth grin upwards ever so slightly
Lifting her liquidizing eyes to meet my own
Causing me to melt into her grasp
I can't move
I can't speak
I am trapped
She does not move
But her sweet jingling laughter tickles my ear
Like the soft ringing of bronze laden bells
Polished to perfection by masterful craftsmen
She effortlessly steals away my will
