Hey you wrote a pretty neat story here! It would be interesting, like you said in your afterward -author notes whatever-, if you were to write everyone's reaction (in the setting I mean.) I would definitely read that, however if I were you I would consider writing the reaction as added chapters to this story. To extenuate what you have here, and even flesh out a full little story.
