7346467 Laser RCW's came in from the mod, A Tale of Two Wastelands, which is the basis of this story, not the base or DLC enhanced Fallout games. Seeing how Bethesda supports modding by releasing Fallout's GECK, which is how the people at Overmare Studios is able to make Fallout: Equestria, then I believe that it's fair game to use a mod for making my fanfic.

Ummm, no. They tried to remake Fallout 3 into FoE but encountered too many problems and decided that it would be easier to make game from scratches. Currently they using Unity engine.
