Well, if I cre member correctly, Cloudsdale needs a ruler, and it lacks one. Twilight writes to Celestia, and Celestia teaches Rainbow manners (or something like that, with the aid of Twilight). That, if paced correctly,ms hold give you about two chapters. But that's if you want to use this idea.
