I feel like Discord would go completely crazy before he died from all of this. That or Fluttershy would find out something's wrong. Either way, I'm sure Discord's going to slip up before he gets himself killed.

6080991 Considering Discord is now living with Fluttershy, it should only be a matter of time before she or one of the other Mane 6 notice something is wrong. Discord, at least from the show's perspective, does not really have a lot of interaction with the ponies after his reformation. It was therefore easy for him to hide his pain because no one was around to see it. I would not be surprised if he ended up coughing blood or doing something else during the picnic that lets everyone else know that he is not well.
