So here I was, minding my own business and then suddenly a bright flash of white light exploded in front of me; I thought someone threw a flash-bang but suddenly I saw four unconscious multicolored...mythical ponies laying in front of me.
Seeing real-life magical ponies from your childhood bedtime story was enough to blew the top of my skull to Mount Everest but the strangest thing was...THEY TALK!
Well, I guess it's up to me and my buddies to take care of them until they find their way home.
Crazy huh? Yeah I know.
Takes place after the season four finale and Equestria Girls series.
MLP: FIM belongs to Hasbro. I have nothing unless this story itself.

Too many story theme tags. Though that's mostly the Comedy and Tragedy tags. Is this going to be more of a funny story or more of a story that will systematically break the characters despite their best efforts?
Though if this is primarily a tragic story then you might also want to reconsider the Slice of Life tag and make absolutely sure that it belongs.
Remember, tags are meant to be the major themes of the story, not for everything that happens at some point.

hoursminutes of thinking, I decided to remove the tragedy tag. Actually, the tragedy was meant to be an incident; but then I was like 'Meh I'll just remove it.'The first 1/5 of the chapter is burned talking about the protagonist and his life.
The next 2/5 is spent on the protagonist and his friends.
3,500 words revolving around Nate and how much he's in love with himself.
First chapters are supposed to be the opener and explain to the reader what is going on, but they're also supposed to keep the reader's attention. The last 2/5 of the chapter is really the only thing that actually contains a plot. The first part may present relevant information, but you might have better success distributing it as it is needed for the story instead of infodumping everything one shot.
Your spelling and grammar are both pretty good.
