The power to control the Elements of Harmony can be wilded by any creature. But the power to control the Elements of Nature, is bestowed only upon by a chosen few. The known elements are, fire, water, earth, lightning, and air. The Fire Nation has declared war. But some believe there is still hope. When a stranger comes to Ponyville, with the ability to control fire, he and the main six with the Cutie Mark Crusaders, are caught up in war that will decide the fate of the world. The five Avatars and the six wielders of the Elements of Harmony, are destined to return balance to the world, but they are being hunted. Will they find the other Avatars, or will they become the first in a long line of casualties?

I do have a few suggestions though:
There are a few minor spelling errors I noticed, but it's not TOO big of a problem.
Why do some of the characters say "way"? Is that another way of saying yes?
I noticed in some parts you jumped back and forth between present tense and past tense. I'd suggest choosing one and sticking with it.
Other than that, this is a really good story and I can't wait to see where this goes!
