Celestia and Silver conspiring with some undisclosed surprise attack? Interesting. The Itinerant King shall be disappointed he wasn't invited, though his own troubles in the Crystal Empire are keeping him busy.
I have a stange feeling.... Maybe....
So A Little Bit Of Revenge on silver's attackers.

closest?
prince?
Hmmm I wonder what kind of curse prank they're planning? Want it need it area effect?
Keep going! ;)
either prince if you're talking about Silver, or princess if you're talking about Luna.
6116695 a mix of r63 spell with some fiery piss?
It's not an error per se, but the use of "quietly" twice in two sentences is a little awkward. You can delete it from the second sentence entirely.
Also, the second sentence should change "were" to "had been."
The dark "prince" of the night.
6117061 I think more of it's going to turn everyone in the area of effect into Luna ponies.
ok the latest attempt failed also but the magic will be used and I am supper curious as to what Silver came up with.
but alas we must all weight for the next chapter.

Looking forward to what spell Silver planned there. Nice to see he hasn't regressed to doormat status.
The cats don't seem like the type to respect any who don't show their power. And can't really say that they don't deserve whatever they get.
6117359 This chapter was creating quite the buildup as Silver and Celestia consider what to do with all of the magic that Silver dumped into his wife. The answer they come up with is to use it to take revenge on the wicked cats of Anugypt! This can only end well...
This chapter does deserve high marks for dealing with the issue of what's to become of all of that magic that Silver poured into Celestia. Given that he wasn't able to make it into a foal, the natural question is then "what happened to all of that magic?" In that regard, it's nice to see that it wasn't simply forgotten about.
I was initially of the opinion that the only extant magic of Silver's that Celestia should still have is what he poured into her womb when she was in her season; that's how it was with Luna, after all, which would mean that none of what he did last night should still be there. However, I had overlooked that Silver was making a conscious and deliberate effort to fill her with his magic again last night. Because of that, he's filled her with more magic, even if it's not mixing with that which he poured into her womb, per se. In that sense, it's very much like the alicorns giving Twilight their magic in Twilight's Kingdom, Part 2 - while non-impregnating sex does not automatically draw upon Silver's magic, he can still deliberately donate it if he wants (though it still won't result in a foal).
Having said all of that, I cringed when Silver and Celestia decided to plan their revenge on Anugypt.
The reason for that wasn't because it was bad for the story, but rather because it's a bad decision on their part as characters. While we don't know the specifics of what they're doing (I haven't read the next chapter yet), everything that they're doing here sounds like a bad idea of colossal proportions. Of course, this is excellent in terms of being grist for the mill where this story's political drama is concerned. Given that Silver is woefully ignorant of political concerns in general, and Celestia admitted to being beside herself with rage over everything that's happened (and thus being blinded to the consequences), it's entirely believable that they'd go off the deep end and make a mistake like this.
And let's not kid ourselves: this is a mistake, and a huge one at that. Why is that, though? It's not because of how they're apparently going to catch innocent cats in the crossfire. It's not even because they're attacking some (probably very important) foreign nationals directly, as heads of a sovereign government. Rather, it's because whatever they're doing is going to be obviously the direct work of Silver and/or Celestia (but probably Silver)...in other words, he's not going to have any plausible deniability.
This cannot be overstated for how egregious it is. Even if Celestia utterly disavows Silver's actions, there's no reducing the scope of the fact that an extremely high-ranking member of a foreign nation launched a large-scale attack on the citizens of another country...and on a diplomatic mission, no less! It's not going to matter whether or not the cats he's targeting are bad people or not - and that's leaving aside the collateral damage to innocent bystanders - simply because the citizens of Anugypt are going to identify with members of their own country regardless of what kind of people they are more than they will with a foreigner, even one of high moral character. It's not going to be "the good guys paid the bag guys back," but rather "they attacked us." Nationalism is a very real thing (particularly where it's backed up by racial and cultural differences from a foreign nation, as it is here); it's "nobody beats up my kid brother except me" on a massive scale, and Silver is about to run smack-dab into it.
Playing the "they struck first" card won't avail him, either. Whoever arranged for the attacks that Silver has faced - from the assassin to the bracelet, etc. - always made very sure to keep their distance. They have plausible deniability for everything that's occurred. The assassin? She was clearly some sort of lunatic, or lone dissident; being dead, there's no way to prove otherwise. The bracelet around his balls? Why, that was a gift from a stupid young pharaoh who didn't know any better. Nothing that happened can be conclusively traced back to them, or readily shown to be the product of deliberate action on their part. Heck, at this point their name has never come up.
Silver and Celestia aren't being that circumspect here, and their lack of subtlety is going to cost them - cost Equestria - dearly. If whatever they do is overt and unable to be plausibly described as something other than deliberate, then this is tantamount to a declaration of war. In fact, if anyone who is affected is a high-ranking member of the Anugyptian government, then it will be a de facto declaration of war. Simply put, the people of Anugypt won't stand for anything less; not when they'll perceive this as their nation being humiliated on the world stage by foreigners. Remember that cat with the falchion, when Silver and Celestia went to check out the board with the bounties? He made it very clear that the cats were cognizant of the ponies "flaunting" their magic, wealth, and status in front of the poorer cats simply by being there. Now imagine how they'd take something like this.
And make no mistake, whoever is behind these attacks on the ponies - assuming they are in a position to afterwards - will have no trouble stoking these fires if the word is slow to get out. All they have to do is say "look at this unwarranted, unlawful, and unprovoked assault that the ponies launched at us! Will we cats lie down and let them do this to us?!" It won't take very much to start to whip up a frenzy, or at the very least a shift in popular opinion (and given how badly things were going for Shei and Aila's inn, this prejudice towards ponies is apparently very real).
Given that, Amenti may have no choice but to demand satisfaction from Equestria, which could take the form of anything from restitution payments to declaring that Silver is a criminal and will face punishment should he ever return to Equestria. In fact, given that she's unaware that the two alicorns are about to attack her citizens, she might be sympathetic to that anyway, regardless of how she feels about Silver personally. If the public wants something bad enough, she's going to need to appease them somehow, or risk losing the very popular support she's trying to build.
Rather than saving her regime, Silver and Celestia may have just made it far more precarious.
But that's not the even the worst of it. The worst of it is that this won't stay confined to Anugypt's relationship with Equestria. This could very well change the balance of power - or even destabilize - the entire region. Remember, this is a case of ponies attacking cats. For some of the cats, possibly a lot of them, this is going to be a racial, rather than national, issue. If they start harassing Saddle Arabians, then - presuming that the two countries are geographic neighbors (or even share a common border) - then this could lead to regional instability. The fact that Saddle Arabia is a close ally of Equestria certainly won't help matters.
Because of that, the king and queen of Saddle Arabia could very well find themselves in an awkward position, where they need to choose between standing by their friends or placating their suddenly-aggressive neighbors. Silver and Celestia might find that their reception in Saddle Arabia will be a good deal less warm than they were expecting, since simply hosting them in the wake of whatever it is their about to do could inflame tensions in the region.
This could very well be like Celestia's screw-up with Silver's diplomatic immunity, increased a hundred-fold.
6118472 I'll spoiler and say it does not explode on them immediately (quite the opposite), but there's plenty of time for it to coil around and attack their exposed flanks as soon as they feel comfortable. Silver does a passable job of filtering the magic in terms of targeting, but still a lot of cats across the city. The unexpected reprieve is that a lot of the cats so punished were kind of not nice people.
Will this shelter them forever? Heck no. There will be prices to pay, as usual. Silver rarely gets away with being foolish.
This is written a little awkwardly. Try something like, Silver considered the thought as he stood there, rubbing his chin.
"Silver considered that..."
Using him as a battery despite his... "rewiring"? There's only one way I can imagine that working out as well as they hope, and it would totally destroy the crew's image of Celestia. It would be thoroughly entertaining from my end though!
"Get up here, Silver. Now insert. I'll begin casting and you just keep injecting me with power until I say stop."
EDIT: Oh, Star Flank, below me, already mentioned that typo. The typos! They're getting too strong! Even David isn't catching them after they've been marked for death!
