I definitely dislike it less than most other people, but if not for the heavy handedness of the plot and jerkyness of the characters, then for the out of place parts of Ponyville we never see again in the entire show, like a precarious cliff, a poorly constructed skyscraper, and of course the hydroelectric dam.
