Olufunmilayo, the ghlighorii traitor. Bellatrix, the human who tested her world's first portal. And Ru, the thoanth street rat who joined them for a better life. These three have been worldhopping for the better part of a year by now, surviving adventures and watching each other's backs as they blunder through random cultures and try not to break anything.

They've just landed in the Everfree forest. Ru and Bellatrix are ponies. And all they have to go on is a vague memory of a Christmas special about a pony who loves socks. Throw in some recovering changelings, a few wild mares, and an interdimensional trophy hunter, and their time on this world will be nothing short of memorable.

Infinitarium Equestria: A comedy of errors, prejudices, omnivorism, world-altering events, and hugs from a jackal-headed squid made of liquid shadow.

Well, this is interesting. I do love stories of multiversal wanderers stumbling upon the candy-coated deathworld that is Equestria. You did a great job establishing the characters as they made their way into town. That their only knowledge of the local cosmos is a half-remembered video from an earlier generation provides the potential for several kinds of hilarity.

As for the changelings, a very neat headcanon there. I don't see many versions that are emotional omnivores. Makes me wonder what each hive's specialty is. And how many hives there are. And how much appearance varies between them, if at all. And... well, you get the idea.

In short, you have most definitely garnered my interest here. Eagerly looking forward to more. :pinkiehappy:

You had me at jackal-headed squid made of liquid shadow.

Lovely to see more of this, especially Ru running headfirst into cultural confusion and Bellatrix trying desperately to maintain cover. I'm sure the insanity has only just begun.

It's funny, were I not one of your patrons I never would have noticed this update. That said, since you're apparently in the business of updating four-year-old stories, could you consider writing more of Amalgam? To leave a story with such a cool premise unfinished is a travesty.
