5970980 Roswell is in New Mexico; Area 51 is in Nevada; the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (Hangar 18) is in Ohio.
Roswell is where the supposed UFO crash occurred. Area 51 and Hangar 18 are proposed locations that theorists believe wreckage from the crash may have been taken to and stored.
In reality Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is a fairly standard air force base. Area 51 is a place the US government is incredibly secretive about, but it seems pretty clear that it's a facility for testing experimental aircraft and weapons.

The disc-shaped flying wing design was first tried in the 1930's and the WWII Germans attempted to build an operational model. In the 1950's and 1960's the USAF played with the idea, but ultimately went with helicopters and jump-jets instead to fill the same niches.
