Yes, I have taken the concept of the original poem by putting "But you didn't." by every paragraph and the "but you still loved me, put up on me." blah blah blah. But I changed the plots. Besides that, I haven't "ripped" anything off. I have put the link to the original work in the description. The credits of the concept goes to the original author.

I'm not sure if I'm thoroughly depressed because of what happened to Rainbow, or kind of happy due to both the good memories Scootaloo had and the last four lines...
Either way, like most stories that I've read that are about the relationship between RD and SS, this hit me right in the feels enough that it goes right into my favorites.
That should probably be reworded for grammars sake so the verb isn't a negative, since the 'but you didn't' refers to the "you wouldn't come". The way it is now, it's saying that she didn't come (double negatives don't work)
Otherwise I liked it, it has it's to the original while still being it's own thing.
