This story is a sequel to A Circle Has No End: Volume I

The Changeling's, after a heavy bit of fighting, emerge into a new day with a new leader. Loose ends still abound however, and it's anybodies guess as to how long the new order will last.
Equestria, meanwhile, faces it's own set of challenges. The Griffons are still a threat, and increasing the Saddle Arabian's are as well. Flash Sentry and Air Martial Spitfire have it cut out for them as they face this enemy with all their cunning and courage.
Changing times create ample opportunity, and intelligent ponies like First Class see themselves as the leaders that will usher Equestria into a bold new world. Not everyone agrees with their grand schemes- how far will they go to protect their interests?
