Apple Bloom always wanted to be like her big brother and sister, Macintosh and Applejack. Brave, strong, intelligent, honest, all that jazz. When they are about to take a two day trip to deliver cider to the town of Galloway, Apple Bloom takes the opportunity to tag along with them.

Needless to say, things go downhill from there. The last thing they want on their mind is the troll hiding under the bridge Granny Smith warned them about.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes. Love the billy goats gruff vibe. :pinkiehappy:

Well, geez. That's quite a turnaround from super-protective big sis Applejack :applejackconfused:
Oh well. I'm sure she'll be fine. Trolls don't exist!
... Even thought they live in a magical world that already hosts the majority of classic "fantasy" style monsters...

5831731 I know it's really out of character for Applejack, but it's supposed to be a comedy. Will it make you feel better that they learn how to be better siblings in the end?

Did not see an update to this coming. I might have to reread it because I don't know what I expected to happen. I most certainly didn't expect Applejack to rough up an elderly mare on account of a bad day.

6845467 Yeah, I know it's been awhile, a year in fact. I'm trying to finish all of my incomplete stories this year.

It just keeps coming, doesn't it?

I like how this story is making the siblings look more flawed and equine than they normally would be, as their frustrations mount. Also:

She was surprised that they made it this far with twenty-nine barrels and three wheels

I think you meant 11, not 29.

6858974 Thank you. I'll fix that right away.
