Marvelous piece. I love different takes on Luna and her relationship with Nightmare Moon, and yours isn't one I've heard before.
Also, I really respect that you try to add plot and backstory to your clopfics, and even more so that they're all consistent in your universe.
Two grammatical errors I noticed:
"Chrysalis tried her best to tighten her manhood around Moon"
And I think you're missing a word here.
"She took a little breath, and she decided that she didn't want to know (how) to take that."
Edit: I've noticed another couple
"She knew air had to come in from somewhere, Yet she hardly saw much more than a hoofful of slits in the ceiling, with nothing but darkness coming through."
Also, I think the above is a run-on sentence. Just swap out that first comma for a period and you should be just fine.
(Furthermore, I don't think the second comma produces a comma splice, but now I'm going overboard with my editing)

I have to say, this fic really took me by surprise one after another. Reading the title I thought it might involve a dominatrix Nightmare moon or something using a lot of toys and stuff to rape Chrysails or something like that, and never actually expected them to fall in love… truly in love.
The falling in love thing was kind of rush to me, but considering all the messed up and twisted stuff it works out pretty good. I didn’t quite catch what Chrysail’s restraints were though, but it was an interesting plot device anyway.
Now to the futanari thing… I could have expected a fanfic with a tentacle rape scene with Discord, not that I’ve find any (make it happen), but I really never thought I would find a Futanari fanfic about FiM. So yeah I was really out of words at that part. And it was awesome.
So overall its a great piece.

I'll be honest: This was disappointing.
You have a very nice core idea. Luna and Chrysalis I can see working together. The thing with the restraints turned me off at first, but after thinking about it for a while I can see how it could be a very useful plot device.
The problem is that your writing leaves a lot to be desired. There is a whole bunch of spelling and grammar mistakes, but more importantly, it's too blunt. You *tell* your characters' emotions rather than *showing* them; it's a sign of a novice writer. The emotions themselves jump around too much; Chrysalis especially is one that bounces around between sad and angry and defiant and fearful and elated and each jump has little justification and is jarring to the reader. Characters should *flow* from one state to another. A sudden jump is justified is something truly shocking happens, but don't do it every other paragraph. Your style is also a bit "cookie-cutter"; it looks like you cribbed a lot of your phrasing and metaphors from the pool of fiction cliches rather than developing a more unique style of your own.
I want to encourage rather than discourage you, so please take this in the best possible way:

I'm playing with the timelines. So, then, the Cadence marriage thing doesn't happen until way later than it did in the show. Armor isn't a brother of Twilight's, then, he's a decedent of Twilight here.
