Special Forces working dogs are highly trained, just like the men they serve with.
When the Russians need a veterinarian, they call Fluttershy.

How do you say "Mother of God" in Russian? :flutterrage::rainbowdetermined2:

Yob tvoyu mat. <trollface>

"A bear with a neck problem” sounds like a good title for a story.

595956 хорошо играл (khorosho igral)
[Well played] :ajsmug:

:facehoof:

Let him google that. I'm not going there.

We all know how much humans love our guns. What kind of gun does the good Kapitan use?

596009
I'm tempted to say "AK-47" but I'm reasonably sure the Russians use something different these days, especially Spetsnaz

AK-74M Standard issue for the Russian Armed forces.

Bear with a neck problem. 'Cause we all know how that's gunna play outdl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/discord.png

Ochin Korosho menya tovarishch great story!

Fluttershys language concerns are entirely justified. I remember a Fancy class where one of the girls mixed up "hair" (cheveux) and "horse." (chevaux)

Please, double check your Google Translator results before posting.
"Ochin Korosho menya" means something like "They did me very good".

That was pretty entertaining. Now I only wish the russian parts were written up too.

596035
Ah, you missed my horrible horrible tropers' pun.

LOL, I don't know why, but I found this rather funny... that and the comments above are hilarious:yay:

Did you really put it into google translate? ...Wait, how the fuck did you get anything out of transliteration? BTW it means very good, my friend/comrade. I tried it in google translate and it suggested the actual russkii text here is a link(make sure read phonetically is on): http://translate.google.com/#ru|en|%D0%9E%D1%87%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%8C%20%D0%A5%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%88%D0%BE%20%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%8F%20%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%89

I like the way you have travel to Earth as no big deal. :trollestia:

Yeah, I've been building this world for about half a dozen stories now. I don't go into detail about the doorways simply because I've described them before.

597530
Aha. I must do research... For PONY:yay:

596035 the AK-47's younger brother, the AK-74M is onne of their main weapons, alongside the Makarov pistol and Dragunov light-sniper rifle.

I love your Battleships Are Magic-verse. The worldbuilding is strong and consistent and the dialogue is clear and realistic.

I can only imagine what the zoogoers will think when they see Fluttershy doing her chiropractics.

And her stare is damn powerful! She scares a Spetznaz trooper!

And I though Fluttershy was going to join them! :rainbowlaugh: :rainbowwild:

596035
Spetznez uses, AK-103's if I'm not mistaken.

Nice. This universe is starting to become one of my favorites, next to REPF Ground Crews by Fyre-Medi

598824
Any link to those stories?

599388

Here's the first chapter of that story, the current story he's working on is the "Tales from Tangmare", which is up on his DA. The start is a little rough, but the plot settles down after a while. Definitely worth the 38 chapters.

*Edit* And the link...

Wait, have we met before? I remember something like this happening a while back.

596942
>Wait, how the fuck did you get anything out of transliteration?

I'm Russian.
BTW: "very good, my friend/comrade" would be something like "ochen' khorosho, moi drug/tovarisch" ;)

600468
Well sorry to dissapoint you but I am also Russkii born in St.Petersburg East side.Argue more if you must I have had enough

I found this story rather bland. There was almost no conflict or humor; it was just a boring description of a boring job.

601340
I thank you for honest feedback. None of the other dislikes mentioned why they didn't like it.

601779

I'll be honest; I only did so because of the blog post you made concerning the subject.

603071
Roger that. Still, thanks.

603339
Hmm. Now that I think about it, it's not very likely. But, maybe. I'm terrible with names, personally.

neck problem lol!:rainbowlaugh:

not an "awesome" story due to the lack of any kind of conflict. But I still found it rather entertaining. =3

Whew, finally got around to reading this!
Loving this world you're building, dude
Even the short little stories like this let us know that none of the characters are being forgotten about.

597377 QUICK, SOMEPONY PUT A "ZANGIEFF SEAL OF APROVAL" NOW!:pinkiegasp:

Ha ha! just to tell you ahead of time, I'm sorry for your loss, Moscow. I'm sure it WAS a great specimen. :yay:

Title of this story by itself confused me, because there is no such organization.
Spetsnaz (Спецназ) is just an acronym for Special Forces (Подразеления Специального Назначения)
Army, Police, Internal Troops all have them in their ranks. You was probably referring to GRU Units, so if you have at least slightely possitive result on Give'a'Fuck'oMeter see this.
As for the weapons: it can wary greatly for the Unit as a whole, and I'm pretty sure Captain won't have anything beside his government-issue pistol.
596828
Alas, nobody aprecciates poor A.P. nowadays, or any classic for that matter.
600825
Что мешает поменять раскладку, тем самым сняв все вопросы?

596470 I do not require google translate to speak russian I simply showed him it because he refused to acknowledge my experience. "Ochin korosho menya does indeed mean "very good my". Makes no sense without the tovarishch at the end which means comrade or friend. Know one thing single words do not mean the same as words in a sentence.

595956 Well, I suppose that qualifies in terms of sentiment conveyed. x3

I think "Bozhemoi!" is a bit more suitable, though.
