Well I read it. I like the premise. The chapter felt short but I am an addict when it comes to fics and love long chapters so I would call myself biased.
Interesting take on the royal baby idea. Some grammar errors but I like what I've read so far. Have a follow.

Are Cadence and Twilight dumb?No i'm asking it because this is clearly the sort of thing who will end with her husband learning of it and everyponies will say"it's not bad that she didn't tell you that she had your foal all along and didn't say a word to you, after all you're only the father."
But no!It's grave than she doesn't tell her husband aboutit.She is wrong and she's betraying him,and Twilight too,she should convince Cadence to say it.And now i'm pretty sure than Shinning Armor will look like the bad guy.And using a babysitter is not making you a bad parents,especially if you're a state leader.
So i'm waiting for next chapter to see how it's going with this story.

Thank you for your concern I thought about that for a long time, how the story would end in all and how he's going to find out, will cadence tell him or will he find out elseware? Only one way to find out
And keep in mind im not finished with the story yet, im sorry if i have offended anyone that thought i was trying to say that babysitting is a bad thing (which is totally not!) i know parents who get babysitters for their children, however this isnt the point of the story. Jut to clear things up if I didn't already, Cadence is so afraid of having her children baby sat to the point of never seeing her child (ever) and virtually the baby sitter becomes the parent and they never get to bond with each their children, this is especially scary if u think ur child might turn on u for this and if your especially excited about becoming a parent when looked forward to it ur whole life, thus creates Cadences definition and fear of being a bad parent. Thank you

I'm liking the story so far and all, but why is it so essential that Shining doesn't find out he's going to be a father? Being pregnant isn't exactly something you can hide easily, Cadance. She's being incredibly selfish here. And Twilight and Spike, Shining's own flesh-and-blood siblings, are fully okay with not telling him. It's possible they were just telling Cadance what she wanted to hear, but they should at least consider telling him just in case Cadance chickens out or something.

you will probably see human pregnant symptoms for more depth and comedic affect, from my study i found that mares dont normally have symptoms if any up until the birthing. (Foaling)

Also, I did some research about mares being in foal or in this case pregnant, i was confuse too until i realized it's just another way of saying my mare's pregnant, with foal can work too but if i said that then i meant in foal.
Can't really tell who's saying what at some parts. Like:
There are no indication whatsoever who is actually speaking with these lines. I mean you can figure it out eventually, but it's not exactly easy reading.
