The Mane 6 and Spike come across 7 mystical emeralds and are thrown into a alternate Equestria that takes place after the 'Cupcakes' incident and meet different encounter parts of themselves. But all 14 of them meet a robotic hedgehog bent on obtaining the 7 emeralds and taking over the world. Now Rainbow Dash and Rainbot Dash, as well as their friends, must team up to travel across both Equestrias, obtain all of the emeralds as well as the Elements of Harmony, and stop this powerful enemy before it's too late. A MLP;FiM/Sonic the Hedgehog Crossover.

EDIT: Also, I should add that having fourteen heroes in one story and making them all seem believable is going to be next to impossible to pull off. Perhaps you should kill a few of them off early, let's say, eight? That leaves the original seven plus Rainbot Dash
(though even that is too many heroes to just throw at the readers all at once).
