Did the beta-testers keep their levels, or did Button just know how to better set up his character than Thunderlane? Oh! And is it anthro or not? Just that 'a brown hoof rested on her shoulder' comment.

As for the interaction between Button and Thunderlane, I guess you would be right that Button would know how to set his character up better. As for keeping the levels, I'd say no. (I was a beta tester for Destiny and I didn't get to keep my levels)

6036455 I'd like to think that we split Kazuto's character into Scootaloo, Button, and Rumble.. Scoots has the infamous 1/2 handed prowess, Button has the Beta experiance and the nerd know-how, and Rumble is the loner who stays away from everyone else.
As for leveling, it works as it did in SAO: Clearly, Kirito didn't keep his levels, but he kept the knowledge of what he learned.
