It was a relatively quiet day in the Isles of Perception where the Daedric Prince of moralistic choices, Kai, was sitting on his throne pondering what was making him so miserable, despite the fact he was immortal, had a huge cult, and could do anything he wanted, he was still unhappy and wanted to know why. His problem was that nobody really loved him for who he was. However, in Equestria, Princess Luna was acting very strangely lately and she didn't know why. The reason was that she was loved by the people for being the princess of the night, not being loved for being herself. Little does she know that her answer will come in a very strange form.

Sorry I thought that you meant Daedra, in your comment, but the Aedra will be appearing as well, but only one of the Aedra will not be confused, and that would be Akatosh.

Well remember Akatosh always protects the mortal plane, but Sheogorath just does whatever he wants because he's immortal, and Akatosh is not.
Interesting idea but you need to go through this with an editor. The sentence structure feels a bit awkward and you seem to be missing some words.

Ever hear the expression called a "fake smile"? It's basically the illusion of being happy when you're scared, stressed, or pissed off. That's what's going on here, also since Kai is an all-powerful being that doesn't wish to harm them, he needs to be calm if he wants them to be calm.
The only thing I didn't like was you don't seem to know how canterlot nobles would act if they were spoken to like that but apologizing isn't it

You forget, a Daedra fears nothing, so those nobles only exist because Kai allows them to, and they can be eradicated because he demands it. Plus it shows that stuck up nobles can be brought down, and that's what I'm trying to express; public humiliation from a stranger.
