5503846 I am honestly not familiar with the story “Personal Touch” and have never read it so I don’t see how I could have ripped it off. The location was chosen because it is a well-known meeting place in the show and besides the spa I couldn’t think of another off the top of my head. If this seems like a rip-off of the other story I’m sorry for that, but it isn’t. In order for me to steal of plagiarize from another author I’d have to have read their work in the first place. I resent the implication that I knowingly and brazenly stole another’s work regardless of how it seems. Having said that, if the author of that story feels insulted or “ripped off” by my work I’m sorry for that, I really am. This was just written as a silly bit of fluff off the top of my head, not a “brazen” attempt at literary theft.

I try and make it read out like I hear it in my thoughts by slapping commas and dots all over even though I know I'm most likely miss using them. It's an exaggerated version of inverted gender rolls. Statistically the described male behavior is an outlier (men assuming "all women want it", controlling their sister's relationships) but they are no means unheard of. It's a little horrible when you think about it actually occurring in real life, but this is a fictional story about cartoon ponies. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
