for me, it was too fast, with not enough description for all the action that was happening. basically, it told us what was happening, and then that was it. it has potential, i will say that much, but i would suggest looking at some of the more popular clop stories with tentacle sex in them, and maybe try to see what i mean by 'show, don't tell.'

try taking a look at these stories, and maybe you'll see what i mean. your right that you do need to 'tell' but it's also important that the writer makes it so that the reader has an image of what's happening appear in their head with no effort. like, i was able to visualize what was happening in your story, but i really had to add in the details myself. that interrupts the flow of the story. the easier it is to picture what's going on (so long as it's not crazy long and rambling), the better the story will be.
seriously, take a look at the stories. i'm not explaining this like i want to, so maybe showing you what i feel are good examples will better get my point across. the third one is a tentacle story like yours, so that you also see an example of this particular fetish, as well as others.
