My logic with the italics and foreign language have been, the person speaking can understand it, so putting it in something the reader can understand makes sense (At least for first person)

It's a bit tryhard. We usually manage without referring to our lust for cock every few words. So far it seems a bit focused on that to the expense of actually going anywhere. But ok, tense situation, excuses a lot. Just for the love of God, keep it to the shit-talking, and less the... more immediate interaction regarding points of excretion.
