Kinda funny, but it could have been a lot funnier if Discord didn't lead in with 'suddenly, potatoes' every time. It would also be better if he didn't stick around for most of the times. You could still keep him whispering something like 'potatoes' in Rainbow Dash's ear, waking her up. And you could still have him get caught by Celestia. Right now, it's just a bit too repetitious.
With these kinds of absurd jokes, the best part is the unexpectedness, and you kind of destroy that unexpectedness when you repeat everything.
