On the warm grass lay a pegasus pony on his side his eyelids lightly closed as a gentle breeze blew over him. His dull golden pelt in the hot sun. His soft yellow and white striped mane and tail lay scattered in different directions on the grass. His long legs splayed out under him. His delicate wings tucked tightly against his side. His name is Bolt.

I think it's truly awesome how you're able to take big jumps and linking them so quickly without ruining in some way the story. Taking off mind some minor punctuation and spelling errors, this is a really good story, and it has the potential to be a 5 star one. Then again I had to go re-read some parts because of the punctuation or the improper use or no use at all of an apostrophe, so I guess I'll give you a 4.5 rating. Sounds fair?
