A Happy Beam Of Light

The next few days were extremely quiet for Sonata. She still felt hungry, so she went outside to find a place to get some food. She looked and looked and looked but no luck. Finally, she found a place called Sugar Cube Corner. She walked in and saw an unbelievable sight. She saw the pink girl that had defeated her. She swiftly sat at a table and put her hood over her head. Pinkie Pie walked up to her.

"Hi there!" She exclaimed. "Are you new in town? Go ahead. Take your hoody off silly." She said.

Sonata slowly pulled her hood off. She expected for Pinkie to gasp and go insane.

"Why are you closing your eyes silly? You can't see me if you're eyes are shut." She said with a giggle.

Sonata had a shocked face.

"Don't you hate me?" She asked.

"No silly. Why would I hate you?" Pinkie asked.

"Well, after what I've done..." Sonata said softly.

"Ohhhhhh.... By the way, where are your other friends?" Pinkie asked.

"They left me." Sonata said sadly.

Pinkie put a hand on Sonata's shoulder.

"Well, I'm here for you. You made a mistake but that's the past. I see a good side in you." Pinkie said.

"You-you do?" Sonata asked.

"Of course. So, what can I do for you...." Pinkie said but stopped.

"Sonata is my name." Sonata answered for Pinkie.

"Right. What can I do for you Sonata?" Pinkie asked.

"Do you have tacos?" Sonata asked.

Pinkie giggled.

"Even better. We have Taco Cupcakes." She said.

Sonata gasped.

"Did you just say Taco Cupcakes?" She asked.

"Yeah." Pinkie replied. "Would you like to try one?" She asked.

Sonata nodded.

"Yes please." She replied.

"Okie dokie loki. Be right back." Pinkie said as she walked into the back room.

A few minutes later, Pinkie came back out with a cupcake in her hand. She set it down in front of Sonata.

"Here you." She said.

Sonata took a bite of the cupcakes. Her eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh!!! It's delicious!!!" Sonata yelled.

A few people stared at her. She slouched down in her chair to stay out of sight. Pinkie laughed and Sonata did the same.

"I never got your name." Sonata said.

"It's Pinkie. Pinkie Pie." Pinkie responded.

"Pinkie Pie, you are such a happy beam of light." Sonata said.

Pinkie giggled and gave Sonata a large hug. Sonata felt happy again.

Bit rushed chapters are short could use a little more depth but other than that i like it! Also pretty sure taco cupcakes would taste gross...
