Buddy, I can't use him. One, because I already have a good idea of where this story is going. Two, and sorry to be blunt, but your OC is the biggest, shameless Mary- well Marty Stu I have ever seen. Ever. More powerful then both Luna and Celestia, an... just no. Nope. Never. I have so many reasons to not use your character it actually hurts my head.
Why don't you just write your own story? I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but nothing gets under my skin then a poorly written character. Please, please take a second look at your character and give it a long hard look. Write your own story, test the waters, experiment a little. Also, don't think I didn't notice you pretty much just rewrote your Changeling character sheet. If your character can be changed that easily, it's a sign you need to work harder. I hope you improve, really tough.
I noticed something interesting here...you used multiple tenses, please stay with one or the other, personally I prefer past tense so I always seem to translate it anyway, but everyone has different opinions. In any case, this is a really good chapter, thanks for writing it!
