The past few years have been filled with trails and tribulations and surprises and pleasantries aplomb for Twilight Sparkle. The friends she has made, the challenges she has faced, and the things she has learned have all faded into recent memory and, in some cases, fallen into eternal legend.
And now, it is the most peaceful night of the year. And Twilight Sparkle, at the latest hours of this peace, has gone out to her old dwelling to reflect.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Winter Solstice, Merry Jinglemas, and a Happy New Year. I hope this humble gift to all of you brings you some measure of joy and some measure of reflection.

This was short, sweet, and a little silly in all the right places. The details were charming, the banter very sibling-y and thoughtful. Platonic/sibling TwiSpike is my favorite kind of TwiSpike. It wasn't as sad as I thought it would be, despite the tag.
