Twi-Fi

“You use a glass mirror to see your face; you use works of art to see your soul.” George Bernard Shaw

E

Spike wants nothing more than a perfect Hearth's Warming, but as the only dragon, he can't help but feel somewhat isolated. However, he has a plan to fix that. He buys Twilight the perfect gift, hoping it will help build his courage, so he can ask her an important question. One that will change both of their lives forever. But before he can give it to her, he accidentally ruins it.

I love this story good job

This had my sentiments on what a family is so that was just awesome, and the ending made me feel so good inside :pinkiesad2:. Thank you kindly for this story and I'd hug you if I could.

This was an amazing story

Now Twilight should get Spike a present too... a bedroom:twilightsmile:

What breaks the deal for me is "Twilight as Spike's mother". If he saw her as a big sister, I'd have loved this to death.

I could point out the implausibility of a filly taking care of a baby dragon and the fact that not only these two have a bond too casual to be parental, the maturity gap between him and Twilight is smaller than that of any of the Crusaders and their sisters. But I'm not here to make a fuss: this was a cute story that happened to not please my tastes, and it could use not having a drama flamestorm. Too many on this site already.

Anybody else, feel free to enjoy if this is your cup of tea.

You'll get 2 :moustache: from me! Good work!

What breaks it for me is there's no way Twilight would ever forgive Spike for ruining a first edition book! He's dead to her now.

Awwwwwwwwww

Assuming he doesn't enjoy sleeping in the same room as her. He is a baby.
