If you were to turn this into a multichapter story, you might want to slow down your pacing a bit. Just throwing that out there.
5349508 It is a one shot. I've tried to slow down my writing in the past, but I think that is just my style. Hopefully ,it will settle into a fair compromise of detail and action, one day. Until then, I'll try to do better. ;)
I like the premise of the story, it has a lot of potential but I feel the need to point out a few things. First, I'm not really sure that the "DARK" tag is really appropriate. I see dark as having elements of either horror or or gore. Perhaps even a fright fic in the extreme. Transformation stories generally dont fall into this category as most of them are more light hearted, that being the case if this had had been a "Bad End" story it might be dark.
Second, it is a little fast paced and didnt have alot in the way of details on the description of the transformation.
All of that being said, I look forward to reading more, of this or other stories of yours.

In regards to pacing, I am a little too fast with it, this is just how I write. I intend to slow down a bit and ponder over the details more, it is something I am working on.

You should do a darker ending where Shining somehow convinces Cadance to try the Hexoplush, and they both "forget" their tail rings.

Hmm... there's a lot of stuff compressed into a short space of time, which isn't necessarily bad, but it does make it somewhat hard to sympathise with the characters, in the sense of feeling what they're feeling. Maybe it's just me reading too fast. I'm told de Sade wrote like this at times, too, so it's definitely an acquired taste thing, not objective quality.
Umm... not that much to say, other than that. Like the concept, like the idea that gryphons have their own kinky predator species, like ponies have changelings and whatnot, definitely like the safeties and the overall sweet nature of the fic, especially the twist at the end.
So yeah, this is sweet forced TF fetish fuel done right. Have an upvote.
