That's... gonna be hard to explain, considering how much she interacts with other ponies in the main stories, and they don't notice the wings! 
Nice chapter, liked how you used Daffey here! And yeah, flutters can't give the Pegasus away yet! But how did she overcome the Pegasus pony shyness before the Skywishes/Starcatcher incident?
Uh oh, the everfree still isn't safe in this age! Nice use of Lady Slipper, the breezie who came with Flutters in G3, and I loved how you worked in the pinkie sense! ^^
