If one pony says someone else is a monster, does that make it true? If everypony says that the same thing, does that make them right? There is a lot more to everybody than what first meets the eye, and if you assume that there is nothing more to them, you might just end up hurting yourself. The tale of a creature long ago thought to have been a monster and rejected by society, now locked away in his own personal prison.

Just want to mention that I got bored today and typed this up in about five hours, so there might be a few mistakes, and if you could point them out, then I'll change it. Also, it might not be that good right now, so constructive criticism is very much welcome!
Lastly I get the feeling that this was inspired by someone else's work. I thought I saw it in a dream, but now I keep getting the feeling that it was either fan made music or a picture, so if you know where the inspiration might be from, please tell me and I'll give them some credit.

You've really made me want to see a Discord vs Celestia showdown where all his emotions and feelings come to light and no misunderstandings are between them... Now I really want to see a story where Discord actually turns out to be not such a bad guy and He in turn teams up with Twilight and co to try and clear his name or something.

Really liked this. I too love the idea of Discord creating the Changelings and I see him in a completely different light now, just like Acoustic said.
Normally my way of browsing fimfiction is to close my eyes, click, accidentally read, a clopfic, wonder what I just read, and repeat.
I chose this story because of its name, and I do not regret it like I normally do.
I'm now going to go consider something. I have no idea anymore.
