Purple Smart

Insert something witty here. Or don't. I really don't care.

Cryptozoology (from kryptos, "hidden" + zoology; literally, "study of hidden animals") is a study involving the search for animals whose existence has not been proven. This includes looking for living examples of animals that are considered extinct, animals whose existence lacks physical evidence but which appear in legends, and wild animals dramatically outside their normal geographic ranges.

Now, none of the creatures mentioned in this guide are fake. In fact, each and every one of these have been spotted in Equestria at one point or another. However, if existence has been proven for each creature, why has there never been a single piece of documentation for any of them? This is an issue that needs to be fixed.

Most earth ponies are docile in nature.

Hmm... Either this fellow doesn't quite appreciate the meaning of "most," or he's seen enough of Ponyville's insanity that Pinkie Pie was the straw that forced the camel to revise his assessment.

In either case, an interesting setup, but I'm not sure why it's taking place. I'm assuming Field Work isn't from this planet. Otherwise, there are no doubt reams of writing on the three tribes. Still, you have my interest.

Is good. But I agree with FanOfMostEverything, that a non-pony origin for this character seems likely. But I like this a lot.

The original idea I had planned was that Field Work was a nomad pony. Therefore he rarely encounters other ponies outside of his isolated group. But I can see the confusion at this point, sorry for that.

How did you get your letters like that!? Your princess must know!

I like it so far!

5230113 How did you get your letters like that!?

Carefully. *ba-dum-tsh*

5230120 Feh, didn't wanna know anyways...

Abusing the Character Map for fun and profit.

5235270
You think that's abusing the character map?

I feel like I'm having a flashback to my last Maths exam. :twilightoops:

5233080 it's called Unicode, usually your computer has an app called "character map" that you can use to find them, or there are websites that do it based on something you type.

Rocky start, but it seems you're finally getting a plot. We almost expected him to get his Cutie Mark right there, but I guess he already has it?
Keep going! ;)
