A. They're not exactly keeping an eye on her. They were wary at first because they thought she'd been magically tampered with, but after they found that it was nothing but a concussion, they let up. You can see how during the Competition, Aria mainly hung around Sunset and the other Rainbooms rather than the Dazzlings.
B. Had they noticed that Aria had a new boyfriend, they don't know that he's Rainbow's boyfriend. The most they know of Rainbow is that she's a part of the band that defeated them and that's it.
