I assume RDP stands for Rainbow Dash Presents. It's a video series that's a bit of a spin-off of The Mentally Advanced Series (an Abridged Series of the show) that takes fan fiction and hilariously parodies them.

You know, it was kind of hypocritical of Luna to insist that their souls needed to be reaped when she explicitly said the only reason she and her sister were still alive was because she refused to reap either her sister or herself.
For some reason, this managed to be the funniest thing about the entire story to me. No, I don't know either.
