Huh, I was kinda expecting a Tower rank from that.
You know Flash, if you hate the idea of leaving Canterlot, you could always... I don't know... stay in Canterlot. You have nothing in Seaddle anyway, and I'm sure that Twilight's Mom can help that happen.
Okay, guess that was too brief/minor for a Tower rankup. Well, here's hoping that Sonata's problem isn't something too serious.
Well, this was an interesting chapter. I guess more than one could feel entittled to put that Saeki person in his place.
And then there's the scene with Sonata. Is she going to the doctor to check whether she has one in the oven or her oven is broken? Sorry if it is supposed to be obvious, my brain is asleep right now

A little of both, but mostly just to make sure she didn't re-injure something from the crash.
Not much to say about today. Flash is there for his friends. In other news, water is wet. Still, character development is never a bad thing.
Every one keeps expecting a tower rank up from barely any actual interaction, yet I am over her confused because, sure, in game that'd just be points to the next rank up yet every one thinks that's a rank up chat. Also, smooth save there Flash, sure your mouth was on auto. Any way, it's nice to see Sonata is being careful and making certain nothing bad really happened to her because of that bit of fun, besides checking to see if she does have a kid coming.
I feel like my version of the scene with Sonata would've been even more schmaltzy. Like, Flash opens up about how he feels bad about possibly hurting her feelings, and the possibility of having something even more special had things gone differently for them, but she puts him at ease nonetheless.

I think the problem here is that he's still a child and it is up to the parents' discretion to their child's education. Flash could argue to stay but his parents don't listen...

6204610 Let's compare Flash's situation to Pinkie's. Pinkie was forced to leave Canterlot, but was saved by Flash, Celestia, Velvet, etc. In this case, her parents didn't intervene. They had essentially disowned her.
Flash's parents might not interact with their kid that much, but Flash hasn't really objected to anything they say. If he outright defies them, they may force him to change schools. Because he's still underage, they can pretty much force him wherever they want.
I'm just concearned that happens with flash what happened with minato at the end of persona 3(persona 3 spoiler)
I wish my life was like that. I only know like two people who watch anime.

Yeah, but (Persona 4 Spoiler) Yu leaves after a year too, and he doesn't wind up any worse off. I mean, other than being constantly dragged into spin-offs and the like.

Hell, with how absent they are, he could probably prove a decent case for being an emancipated teen, at least if that exists in this universe's legal system.

From the phrasing, it sounds like she's having pain and is worried that she may have issues related to the car wreck, not anything to do with having barebacked with Flash.

That was stupid of him... Then again everything he did was stupid. I can't remember why he did that for.
So I've finally caught up with this, though I've taken to reading it on it's website rather than here. It's good, I'm enjoying it so far.
Keep up the good work guys.
wait, no rank up on tower? huh, weird.
