I like this.
At first I was like: "Okay, a reverse retelling of the intro lore. Nothing wrong here, pretty good in fact."

And then I was like: "Ah, taking it a little further I see. Good, good so far."

And then the Future Twilicorn showed up and I'm like: "Wait... What!? I'm sorry what?!"

Now I'm very confused. But that just means my brain needs answers! And that means I'd like to see more of this in order to get those answers!
Also, it was a nice touch having Rainbow stay loyal to her element and to her friends, rather than abandon them to the unknown to follow future Twi.
I'll definitely be looking out for this if you decide to continue it.
