For the past 3 years, the ponies of Equestria eagerly awaited the film. It was supposed to be the first of its kind, a film fully made by the fans of the TV show. But the film is dead now, a victim of copyright laws and statutes most ponies can't even begin to understand. As the film's director contemplates this development, a familiar face shows up at her door. A face that may not only help her realize how big this was to Equestria, but how big it was to her.

I was also hyped for JOTS, the story was engaging, the voice actors were incredible, the music was wonderful, the animation was great, and the director was very passionate about making it, and it has been my muse to one day create my own MLP fan film, but when the film production ceased, I died a little inside. I feel this always happens to a lot of major MLP fan films like Project Saturation, Mulitiple Past Sins adaptions, and Rise Of The Galiax (I'm not sure if this was canceled or not, but we haven't heard much from it). As of now I'm not sure if I'm able to create a fan film at all.

I hold nothing against the director or anyone at Celestial Spark Studios, I'm glad that they are doing other work. I'm also glad you didn't make this story mean spirited towards anyone( expect for the guy who was sent to the banana factory).

Overall I'm glad your finding a way to ease your pain, whether for better or for worst, and I wish you luck on your future stories.

5041058 Wow, I haven't even heard of most of those fan projects. Guess I'll have to look into that.

And yeah, I wasn't trying to be mean-spirited or try to smack the creators of the film; I was just using it as a basis for a story of what I thought someone who had put so much effort into a project see it wither up.

Thanks for the favorite and the comments. I hope you are able to get something done with your fan film.

5041853 Yeah looking up pop culture franchises on youtube, you would find a lot of creative fans.

As for my fanfilm I'm currently writing the script, and thank you.
