It's based off a sketch on the All That reboot on Nickelodeon, called "Know Your Stars". It's basically about a disembodied voice telling the viewers trivia about the cast members on said show, except he makes it all up and the cast members get angry at him.

Also, I have to say, Overlord-Flinx, you really did a good job capturing the essence of that disembodied voice's personality and what he'd have to say about the MLP: FiM cast . Only thing I have to say is that he usually starts off with relatively innocuous lies and graduates to the absurd/scandalous stuff as the sketch progresses. Also, some of what he said about Luna in this chapter was true 1000 years ago !
