Ok, discord is the only threat, because im pretty sure a changeling from equestria would have trouble turning/being a human, and don't bring pip up, the government doesn't care about cuteness they would probably dissect/kill him first for being an easy target. Although by doing that it leaves them dealing with an enraged god of chaos.

Don´t underestimate Pip! He´s... He´s like a combination of Rambo, Scotty and a box full of baby cats! He would trap them, bring out the guns (water, hot sauce) and they would never reach him and if they would see him they would say "Dawwwww isn´t he the cu..." and in that moment BAMM clump of white hot potatoes in their face.

Discord... we nuke him and he would maybe smoke it or maybe turn them into mushrooms or maybe just get nuked for the glow in night effekt who knows he´s Discord!

And Sunset knows the world very good and could throw her tantrum. The last on Earth destroyed a school partly and got her a brainwashed army and in Equestria they destroy regularie some changeling tower. Not to forget she can and has defeated Discord with them!

Chrysalis can literally turn herself into anything in that world without any sort of limit. Against a pony with magic, turning into a monster is not too dangerous. Turning into a monster in front of weak and feeble humans that don't understand magic is dangerous however. Pip on the other hand doesn't even need to lift a finger seeing as he has three people protecting him. For anything you say to work, you have to expect that a human COULD counter magic from another world. They aren't entering the world bare; they're entering with souped-up powers.
