It's almost impossible to get a fully formed and functional penis while also having a fully functional female reproductive system. There's really a whole range of possible outcomes in terms of genitals, given that the same bit of flesh is trying to develop into two different structures at the same time.
However, one possible outcome that I've come across is an elongated clitoris (about 3-4 inches long) as part of an otherwise normal vagina. That's what I'm basing this on, with a few liberties for the sake of fantasy. In that sense, it's a bit unrealistic, but I am still trying to present it as realistically as possible.

First off, props for not yanking ponyverse twilight for this fic. secondly, While not a fan of futa this isn't badly done. Though I do hope you provide the same amount of leadup you did to this scene in future chapters. I do enjoy introduction and character development before any type of sex scene.

Like I said, I like the introduction chapter you did. It was nice that we got all that lead-up.
Also, abit of advice, upon a rereading of the clop section, I noticed that you jumped into the sex scene a little fast, also,for a virgin Twilight sure knew what she was doing without a hitch.
Granted, you can excuse the rush into sex given that in your previous chapter you pretty much said that Pinkie Pie was a nempho who gets banged every tuesday.
Though with other characters I would suggest a little more caution and less speeding into the sex.

I hope it didn't seem like Twi knew what she was doing, because she really didn't. About the only initiative she took at first was to caress Pinkie's chest a bit (something she'd be familiar with from her own body).
When she went down south, she was all about tentative exploration (and she does have some familiarity there too, just not up close). You could make an argument that I could have (or should have) explored that some more, but there will be plenty of time for Twi to gain experience.
For the rest of the scene in this chapter, Pinkie was the one in control. From which you can infer that she is experienced (all the last chapter really demonstrated is that she is not ashamed of her body, unlike most of Western society).
This is not my first foray into fanfiction in general, even though the story counter up there only says '1'. So don't worry, I'll do my best to make it a good ride.

The sex felt rather lacking to me. Personally, I like long, metaphor-laden,wordy sex scenes that convey the hormonal rush and the showcase of pleasure for as long as possible, without overextending their welcome. It makes me really get into it. However, I think the short sex scenes might be meant to display Twi's inexperience, and, if that's actually the case, might be a rather unique way of showing it.
I'm liking the pacing for the rest of the story. It's going at just the right speed and is meaty tasty with detail ;3
