5164597 Andrew Hussie created a few webcomics, including the famous Homestuck. In one of his others, Problem Sleuth, there is a scene where a pumpkin is behind the namesake of the series. He is commanded to look at the pumpkin behind him. He looks, but the pumpkin had dissappeared, and he says, "What pumpkin?" This joke is repetitivley played from that part in Problem Sleuth, with many situations with a pumpkin that remains visible until someone looks at it.
