What happens if clones of the two characters meet each other, or the apples find out that they aren't real? Are there some fail safes to prevent them from going mad from the revelation? Also, what about magic? If twilight sparkle were created, would she or other unicorns panic at not being able to use their magic, and if celestia or luna were cloned would they try to mess with nature, and if a pegasus tried to fly would he or she just fall down?

Excellent questions, and since most of them have been addressed in first story set in this universe I don't feel that I will be spoiling anything by giving a few answers.
There are no duplicates. Once a character is chosen and created another can't be made. So, you don't get a Pinkie Pie you get the Pinkie Pie. The same goes for Big Mac, Applejack, Apple Bloom, Celestia, Twilight, and every other character from MLP. The only characters that might cheat on the one only would be changeling drones since they are essentially the same.
Magic... Okay, this has been established on the Vogonverse page, but I'll go ahead and post it here. Magic, on this Earth, does exist. As a rule humans don't know how to access it because there hasn't been a serious magic user in several hundred years. All of the Ponies can react to it to some degree, but only the unicorns and Alicorns can actually channel it.
Flying, yes Pegasi will be able to fly. It wouldn't be right to have Rainbow Dash in a world where she couldn't fly. That was a decision very early on. The entire controlling the weather is possibly, but like Earth Ponies it will take some time for them to absorb enough magic to fully be able to control it.
Basically the Ponies are coming into an Earth that is at the stages of either being saved, or humanity will allow itself to dwindle down and away. (The Earth in the story heavily influenced by the Earth and conditions mentioned in the fantastic book Ready Player One. I've even made mention in the other stories about the consoles and how they are most people's lively hoods.)

Nope, I am not stopping the story at all. I'm actually working on four stories, within the Vogonverse, at the same time. I try to update in this schedule:
I See Pink, then Plowed Fields, Staring into the Sun, and finally An Apple in a Bushel of Peaches. Right now I'm working on a chapter for I See Pink, which is going to have a crossover with one of the other stories.
But rest easy in that I will be continuing this story. Applejack still has quite a bit more story to tell.

On the show the CMCs are around 9 or 10 I think. In the vogonverse the show went to 8 seasons. So I'm going to say she's about 13 years old. Which makes those bastards in charge of the corporate farm even worse since she was one of the ones they suggested to be targeted.

Naw you can read this one without reading Plowed Fields. I can promise that you're not going to be too lost, if lost at all. The story pretty well can stand on it's own, and to be honest as soon as Plowed fields catches up to this story they're going to become just one story.
I like Anthony he seems to be a nice guy kinda feel bad for him though since you did the celestia one are you going to be doing either trixie Luna or rainbow dash Lyra might be a good suggestion

Could I write a Fanfic in this verse? I have been reading some good fics about Rarity and the Lotus/Aloe and this idea was excellent for a very well done xeno fiction. It doesn't have to be in the canon, but I would like your approval to use your verse before putting it in action. So far I have only read bad seeds, fluttershy and pinkie pie, What other characters have been chosen so far?

I hope we're getting the comedy soon, for a story tagged comedy I was surprised at how dark the corporate farms could get. This really is shaping up to be a pretty rough universe, and I'm only four stories in!
P.S. This is currently my 2nd favourite fanverse, so well done for that!

Wow, the chapter was great and I enjoyed Aj's awkwardness with AB present and her realization of what her parents did whenever her mom was excited. One question though. AJ said that she "assisted" (which I assume means getting laid with her) Fluttershy with her heat. Would the Fluttershy from the other story, which probably has a different set of memories than the one AJ helped out, have memories that would back up Aj's claims if AJ ever brings them up? BTW, the clop scene was pretty sweet, especially the moments preceding it and the aftermath.

Unattached Mares, at least those that lived on Equus Discord saved them all from the destruction of Equus would help each other during their heat. They'd do things for each other so the heat would be a bit more bearable. Since Flutters never really had any stallion on Equus Applejack helped her in her time of need.
