Cursory Note

The show is so many different kinds of amazing, and the fandom is even better! Bronies FTW!

Welcome children, to the collection of classic tales we call "The Brothers Grimm and Andersen." In this collection we will explore the original editions of well known fairy tales such as Rapunzel, and transfer them here, for your enjoyment. Be warned, these stories can be a bit gruesome at times, and are not for the faint of heart. But all these tales are magical walks into a realm of wonder that will gently lull you into Luna's sweet embrace of sleep. Since there are three of us, we have decided to use different symbols for each of us:

~I am Hans Christian Andersen.~

*I am Wilhelm Grimm.*

<And I am Jacob Grimm.>

We hope you enjoy this collection, to please you is our pleasure and goal. Thank you.

(All of these stories belong to their respective owners and have been modified to fit in an Equestrian setting)

Ho dude... The tales of my childhood! :raritystarry:
Really, great idea. If I may suggest, your next chapter could be Daumesdick? (Tom Thumb)
I really do love this adaptation! It deserves a fav and a Rainbow Dash!

I'm really sorry but Jack and the Beanstalk has to be taken off the list :fluttershysad: Unfortunately that is an English fairytale and would have no place in this collection. I hope you aren't too disappointed and enjoy the others I have planned. :pinkiesad2:

Oh my... Tom Thumb :raritystarry:
That's my favourite tale. If somebody said to me that one day I'll read a "ponified" fiction of the Brothers Grimm tales...
Thank you very much for this, Cursory. Well done!

4931104 Well I'm very glad you enjoy it :raritywink:

,Oh my, so awesome! Though. I'm not familiars with this one....:pinkiegasp:

I really hope you'll do the snow queen sometime, though. :raritystarry:

~Alright, fine. Tomorrow, I’m telling a story and I swear it is not going to be nearly as dark as yours. Besides, I think the snow outside will give the perfect backdrop.~

I bet 1000 bits that "The Snow Queen" by H.C Andersen is up next!:rainbowkiss::raritystarry:

Awesome adaptation :pinkiehappy:
So, next will be a tale involving snow, right? Yes, maybe "The Snow Queen" as said Keam, or Snow White?
Not easy to tell :rainbowhuh:

girlfriends. . . . . . heh heh heh

Oh my god YES!!!
I love the Snow Queen, and I've participated in the Snow Queen as play with my acting group - I played The Snow Queen. Best role of my life! XD All this time, however, I've only heard it in Swedish. As I read in English, it hit me how beautiful and perfectly translated the story was. Can't wait for the next part! :)
