In all seriousness, you could make a very compelling story out of what you've got here: maybe a proper story explaining all the things that happened in the time skip? More of the initial reaction, the prejudices, maybe even build on the innuendo if you're feeling daring. Or you could just write straight-up zombie sex of course, but something tells me you won't do that: besides, it's been done already. Either way, encore!

I'd have to say this may be the...eh...most original relationship that is out there, has ever been thought of, and probably will ever happen.
I've seen as far from two humans in wed lock, a perfect miss, and a handsome sir, to the most outrageous marriage between an eastern dragoness and a crocodile, of which the dragoness looked like some exotic, beautiful, amazonian masterpiece, and the crocodile looked like a country bumpkin from the swamps.
I've seen gay relationships, which are confusing as hell, lesbian relationships, of which are kinky as hell, and even very much so the female dom, male sub relationship which goes tot eh point of record holding of the highest level of kink either can experience, involving multiple partners in an open relationship between bride and groom.
You sir, have found the most original relationship there is. I've seen dead. I've seen dead and living. I've seen both within the normal context of male and female. I have never seen a gay relationship of either side.
