Feral is a term commonly used to denote personified animals that have NOT been changed from their real life (or other non humanoid) form factor. This use originated in the Furry fandom, and is used (contrary to popular belief) in non-explicit depictions as well as the explicit ones. (Then again some people don't think the Furry fandom has ANY non-explicit depictions.)

I will tell you for a fact that if a mans penis hit a womans cervix let alone go inside it, that much is pure pain. It's not pleasurable by any means.
OK, some constructive criticism.
The beginning was too rushed. It was just some generic dude that wound up at Fluttershy's door during a storm almost dying. What you could have done is go into a bit more detail as to how Basil got there, and give enough of a background on him so he's not just another Marty Stu. Giving some detail about the injury would have been nice, as that much got glossed over rather quickly.
Instead of Flutters and Basil doing the horizontal tango the following morning or whatever, you could've had Fluttershy take care of him for 2-3 days at which point he gets a nightmare or something and instinctively wants to spent the night with Flutters, then have things go from there. Other than that, everything past the beginning was well paced. The sex was hot,, so you get my like and fav for the time being.
Just remember giving a bit more detail about this or that as I pointed out makes for a more compelling story.
