Just a few things I noticed:
Mostly grammatical things, but there was one thing that had me scratching my head: How is a Pegasus with one wing living in Cloudsdale? Other than that, great story! I'm definitely going to keep an eye one this one! (No emoticons cause I'm on mobile)
Wonderfully written. And I'm not just being positive for the same if being positive. Your sentence structure is there, you know where to add a sentence. I'll await the next chapter.
Damn. RIP, a story with lots of potential.
