Hello. My name is Adam Jones, yeah you probably never heard of me. I'm UKSF, pathfinders to be exact and now military liaison between here and home, well I say home, here is now my home. For now anyway. Originally I was stepping down from the pathfinders after my last training exercise in Cyprus. 'in a manor' - 'in a manner of speaking'
'manor or fact' - matter of fact (but this doesn't really work). Probably makes more sense to end the sentence after 'said'.

I would strongly suggest finding a grammer checker, this will at least highlight many or most of these errors.

5935655 Thanks for the heads up. It helps a lot when things go wrong, normally I do review my chapters but 2 sets of eyes are better than one. Thanks for the point outs and I will review my chapters on a later date. Normally I use google docs to check my work but clearly it is not as effective. I may use the check bot you have offered cheers.
