Very interesting. I vaguely remember watching this show but this script brings back memories. A good sign for your characterization. Keep up the good work.
Something I would like to note though:
protege is masculine; protegee is feminine (but I really don't see Pinkie using that word anyway.)
That's the only thing I noticed other than nacos but then I remembered it from the show.
Drakkens a Brony? I'm not surprised.
Its a fun story, however, and this may just be a matter of personal preference, but I find fanfiction tends to work better in prose as opposed to script format, still a good fic, and kind of surprised no one had already done something like this.

Oh, man. This is awesome! I loved this show as a kid, and this brings back so many cool memories. I love the way the story is going so far. And, *ahem* I can't wait to see what "response" you get from the "reliable source" you got this from.
I'd just like to point out though, that there's a couple instances where you forgot quotation marks. Here's an example:
Wade smiled. “Brony through and through.” His expression quickly changed, however. But I'm not here to brag. There's two other humans who aren't supposed to be in Equestria.”
Quotation mark needed between "however" and "but". Sorry, I don't mean to nitpick your writing or anything. It's still a really great story. Might be a good idea to look into getting a proofreader. (And I wouldn't be good at that because I miss things all the time.)

Considering the fact that the last episode of Kim Possible premiered in 2007 and the first episode of MLP:FiM premiered in 2010, it's impressive that the writers were able to write this crossover for a show that had not premiered yet.
Still, it's no more weirder than the Lilo & Stitch crossover they did (and yes that really happened 
).

After writing a LOT of Kim Possible stories on another site(fanfiction.net for the curious, as aero tendo) I discovered this site and for my very first story I did a crossover with my two favorite shows... Kim Possible and MLP! (smile) I didn't know that there was *any* Kim Possible stuff on here already. I thought I was the first until I discovered this. I wholeheartedly approve of this one!
